Le'Dor Milteer and Sukari Johnson are the founders of International Women's Day Atlanta, which held its inaugural event in 2023 at Maggiano's in Buckhead with about 100 attendees. It quickly grew to host over 250 women at their second event at the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta in 2024. Le'Dor is the founder and CEO of The Empowerment Workshop, which is dedicated to inspiring personal and social change. While Sukari, owner and CEO of Passport Moms Care, Inc., focuses on supporting and advocating for mothers. Together, they created International Women’s Day Atlanta to celebrate and empower women across diverse industries through transformative and community-building events.
