NEWSPAPERS/MAGAZINES + BROADCAST

Editors/writers/reporters requesting press registration must intend to cover IWDATL 2025 for their news outlet. Coverage of the event must be the reporter/writer’s focus while in attendance.

IWDATL does not issue press passes to exhibitors, publishers, advertising and sales representatives, PR/marketing representatives, researchers, authors, or other non-editorial staff. In such instances, it is required to register as an attendee.

IWDATL reserves the right to revoke previously issued press credentials when appropriate.

IWDATL reserves the right to limit the number of press badges issued to a single media organization.

Photographers and camera crews must receive permission from IWDATL before taping or broadcasting from the conference.
DIGITAL MEDIA + INFLUENCERS

Media outlet should cover a field or industry related to the women, equality, or Atlanta culture. (Viewership may be requested during the press credential approval process.)

Monthly page views should average 20,000 to be considered eligible. (Website analytics may be requested during the press credential approval process.)

Influencers (an individual that only posts content to X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook and TikTok)

For Twitter and Meta platforms: A minimum following of 25,000 and an engagement rate of 5-6% are required to be considered eligible.

For TikTok: A minimum following of 200,000 with an engagement rate of 10% to be considered eligible.
